I'm not necessarily looking for a 'friend' but if the new roommate is cool, then cool! I'm looking for a place somewhat conveniently located. I don't drive but I don't mind walking to the skytrain station, grocer, liquor store, laundry, etc etc etc. I do drink, on the weekends, and I do smoke socially. Unless you don't then I'll forget that I smoke. I'd rather not be the guy to make the situation uncomfortable, I don't want to be 'that guy'. I'm fairly easy-going, laid back, outdoorsy and really lazy. I can very easily do anything or do something. I'm also wishy-washy.
